SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS and have a tracking number (except for small stickers, sent in a stamped envelope, to make shipping fees more affordable).


HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

Please place your holiday orders early!!!

Sadly, we can’’t guarantee USPS arrival dates during Covid times.

 

We recommend you place your holiday orders by or before the below dates for arrival by Christmas Eve:

First Class Mail (Domestic US) - Dec 17

Priority Mail (Domestic US) - Dec 18

First Class International (varies by country) - Dec 6, for most countries

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

In stock items will ship within 1-5 business days of receiving your order. We ship from Los Angeles, CA. We try to get your orders out ASAP, but please allow for extra processing & shipping time during Covid-19. 

 

Please double-check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation as we are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses, due to using the incorrect address you provided. 

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Check your USPS Tracking# sent via your Order Confirmation.

Please keep in mind US orders can take 3-10 days to arrive, and sometimes up to 2-weeks. International orders generally take 2-8 weeks to arrive. I know waiting sucks, but we appreciate your patience.

 

WHY DOES SHIPPING COST SO MUCH?

Shipping prices are calculated during check-out and are based on order weight and your location within the United States, as well as very minimal packaging costs. Unfortunately, US Postal Rates have really soared in the last couple years. But if the cost seems ridiculously high, please reach out to us, mistakes can happen in postage automation, occasionally.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! Just enter your country & shipping info at checkout. 

Please note, we are not responsible for any additional customs charges that could be incurred based on your country's import laws. 

 

MY TRACKING SHOWS MY PACKAGE AS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT

Word For Word is not responsible for orders missing or stolen after being marked as delivered. We recommend you check with your mail carrier, neighbors, roommates and family members.

 

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER, OR MISSING FROM MY ORDER!

Every effort is made to produce the highest quality products. That said, if you are genuinely unhappy with your item due to a significant physical flaw or something is missing from your order, please message us within 72-hours of receiving your package! We will work with you to issue a replacement or a store credit. We want you to be happy with your purchase!

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Sorry, we don’t accept returns or exchanges, at this time.  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72-hours of receipt and include photos of the damaged item(s), as well as the packaging it arrived in.  Email: info@wordforwordfactory.com
